Email support covers access problems, questions about supplied materials and reports of errors. It does not include remote administration, custom system design or a guaranteed response-time SLA. Record the app/version, host OS/architecture, selected template and exact error. Remove passwords, tokens and personal data from diagnostic material.
What has been verified?
The three paid SQLite templates passed isolated Ubuntu 24.04.5 LTS x86_64 deployment and restore drills. Hardware sizing, performance and other operating systems remain outside that evidence.
Does the kit support every NAS or operating system?
No. The reference lane is Ubuntu 24.04 LTS x86_64 with Docker Engine and Compose. Other routes need separate compatibility review.
How do I receive the free guide?
Request the Starter Pack through the Kit form, then confirm your request using the email from Kit to receive the PDF. Guide delivery is distinct from marketing consent.
Are updates included forever?
Corrections and minor updates to a purchased edition may be provided. Purchase does not promise lifetime access to all future major editions or other products.
What information should never be shared?
Do not share real credentials, keys, sensitive customer information or a private backup. Use redacted errors and a small reproducible description.
